SIBPROMSTROY, a construction group with over 20 years of experience in residential housing across Russia, commissioned a commercial for TV and online. The goal was to reach a wide demographic and strengthen the company’s image.

Mishka Films developed a 30-second story featuring three families — a young couple, a middle-aged family, and retirees — to connect with audiences of all ages. Casting was a crucial element, ensuring the characters felt authentic and relatable.

The production took two shooting days, filmed on location in one of the company’s residential complexes. Using a real site allowed us to optimise the budget by avoiding studio rental and set construction.

Careful preparation and attention to detail enabled us to deliver the shoot in a positive atmosphere and achieve the client’s objectives.
