For FSK, a leading real-estate developer, we produced a series of internal training films. Although the brief was corporate, we approached it with commercial-level production values to match the brand’s positioning in premium residential sales.

To achieve this, we invested in rigorous pre-production: script development, shot lists, technical scouting, on-site run-throughs, and detailed art-department prep (wardrobe, props, set dressing). This groundwork ensured a smooth shoot and a result that felt on-brand and high-end.
