For the 225th anniversary of the Kushinov Paperboard Mill,
Mishka Films proposed a bold creative concept: telling the company’s story through the people who keep it alive today.
Together with the client, we selected employees of different ages and roles — their voices and experiences became the heart of the narrative.
We produced a documentary-style film where interviews formed the audio backbone, complemented by cinematic imagery.
This approach portrayed the mill as a living, dynamic place with a rich history, while maintaining a contemporary visual style and emotional depth.
The film adapts easily across platforms — from social media to exhibitions and presentations — highlighting the company’s heritage, values and scale.
This project demonstrates how a strong idea and professional execution can turn corporate video into a powerful communication tool.
